Trader Jim's was originally the brain child of Travis & Lauren Huhn.

Current owners Amanda & Craig Karas, were long time fans of Trader Jim's and even had the tiki trailer at their wedding! With their love for Disney and Dole Whip they couldn't pass up the opportunity to keep this tasty treat,
